"Looks nice, but I don’t trust it to hold up"
I bought a chair from Robam Living i’m disappointed. It looked great in the photos, but after just a few weeks it already feels loose. I’ve had to keep tightening the screws, and one of the legs has started wobbling. Maybe some people wouldn’t worry about it, but I don’t really want to take chances with furniture I’m sitting on every day. It just doesn’t feel sturdy or reliable, so I wouldn’t buy it again

I reached out to Robam Living a few times but never got a proper response, which was frustrating. I was only looking for a simple update, but it felt like no one was checking the support messages. Just a heads-up for anyone ordering from them: you may want to be prepared for slow or unclear communication if you need help.

"Parts are harder to find than I expected"
I bought from Robam Living thinking it would be easy to get accessories or replacement parts down the road. Turns out, not so much. I’ve spent what feels like way too long trying to track down a small part, and getting help took a while too. It’s frustrating when something minor needs replacing and it turns into a whole process

I thought it looked good at first, but once you start using it, you notice how easily marks show up. Cleaning it is way more of a hassle than I expected, and you end up spending more time maintaining it than you’d think. i wasn’t happy with it and wouldn’t buy from robamliving.com again...

I get that some things cost more, and it’s not even about that. I just felt like for the price, what you actually get doesn’t really match up. It left me feeling like I paid more than it was worth.

I don’t know, the site just felt really cluttered and old-fashioned to me. The colors seemed a little off, and I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? It made it harder to trust the overall design

"Pretty easy overall, just a little clunky"
The site was mostly fine to use, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I ended up clicking around trying to figure out where I was. I was doing this while drinking my morning coffee, so maybe I was a little impatient, but it still felt like it could be smoother. Not a bad experience, just a bit clunky in spots.

"Shipping took a lot longer than I expected"
I ordered from robamliving.com assuming it would show up within a few days, which I don’t think is unreasonable these days. Instead, it ended up taking much longer than expected, and the updates weren’t great either. I felt like I had to keep checking on it myself just to figure out what was going on. The product did finally arrive, so it’s not like I’m saying it never came, but the wait was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Ordering was alright, but could be better"
I was order from robamliving.com and overall it is okay. The site was mostly easy to use, but a few pages load slow for me and the checkout part got a little confusing at one point. I still managed to place the order without any big problem, and I did get the confirmation email after. Not bad really, just feel like it can be smoother.

"Too noisy to actually relax"
The noise was nonstop the whole time, and it made it really hard to relax or get any sleep. I also felt ignored when I brought it up, which just made the stay even more frustrating.

"Something feels off with the ventilation"
I bought this thinking it would help clear out cooking smoke, but something feels off with the suction. It just doesn’t seem strong enough, and the kitchen still smells like dinner afterward. i’m disappointed with the ventilation power.

"Really disappointing for the price"
I was let down by this. Right out of the package, it felt cheaper than I expected, and the stitching looked sloppy in a few spots. I tried to give it a chance, but it started showing wear way too quickly. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

My package got here looking bad, like really, really smashed up and dirty. The corners were ripped open too, which made me a bit worried. The item inside seems okay, but the packaging was poor and definitely not what I expected

"Installation was a total mess"
The installer showed up late, which was already annoying, and then left my kitchen looking like a disaster zone. the guy was a total slob about it. Not impressed at all.

"Return was such a headache"
I ordered from Robam Living and wish I had read the reviews first. The item wasn’t what I expected, so I tried to return it, but getting clear return instructions was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Replies were slow, and I kept feeling like I was being passed around or ignored.
Even after I sent the item back, the refund took forever. I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Definitely regret ordering from them and won’t be shopping there again

"Warranty help was kinda bad"
I felt like I was getting brushed off when I tried to get help with my warranty. It was frustrating and didnt really feel like anyone wanted to deal with it

"Didn’t cook evenly, and support was frustrating"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t cook my food evenly. Some parts were done while other parts still needed more time, and overall it took longer than my old cooker. I also reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address my issue, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not a great experience for me.
